Parodi Grand Prix is a competition where old Eurovision entries are performed again with new artists – both amateurs and professionals. We renew former hits from the history of Eurovision Song Contest, adding a lot of show and glamour, and compete for having the best interpretation of the “evergreen songs”.
Parodi Grand Prix has been held every year continuously since 2005, and is becoming quite a tradition. After several qualification rounds in several Norwegian cities, and big regional finals, the best entries meet in the national final in Bergen. The final is held in Grieghallen, one of Norway's main cultural arenas, the same building that hosted the international Eurovision Song Contest final back in 1986. |
